  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location due to the conduct of the store manager, Veronica. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted despite acknowledging that she appeared busy. When I politely said “excuse me” to ask a question, she did not look up and dismissed me with a hand gesture, directing me elsewhere. Another employee assisted me with testing my battery and clearly instructed me to call the store in about an hour for an update before returning. I followed those instructions. When I attempted to call back, the phone was repeatedly unanswered or answered and disconnected. When someone finally answered, I explained that I was calling back as instructed to check on my battery. Veronica interrupted me, questioned who I was speaking about, and demanded the employee’s name. I explained that I was a customer following staff instructions and did not know his name. Instead of asking for my name, checking the system, placing me on hold, or asking the other employee in the store, she refused to provide any information stating there were only 2 people on staff as she had a store full of customers. She repeatedly questioned how long it had been, even though it had been well over an hour due to the phone not being answered. When I returned to the store after less than a 5 min drive, there were no customers present. Veronica immediately became defensive. When asked for her name, she identified herself as Veronica. When asked who her manager was, she stated his name was Victor and told me to “let him know what I said,” rather than attempting to resolve the issue or de-escalate. During this interaction, she turned to another employee and referred to me using a profanity on the sales floor. I followed staff instructions exactly and was met with dismissal, refusal to assist, and verbal disrespect. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. If this is how she treats customers I can only imagine how she treats staff.

  They are super helpful, I got hit & the other party ran but they helped me put my taillight on. The Manager Troy helped me replace it!! Super helpful, 10/10
