Eric was so kind to put on both bulbs, and it was difficult because they were super tight to take off, but without hesitation Eric didn’t give up, he made sure to replace both bulbs for us, we were very Happy that he went out of his way to make sure we were 100% completely Satisfied. - APAidan ParkNov 28, 20251.0The management here is useless. Their employees; useless. They don’t know any information about the actual products and don’t know how to help when their system fails. I tried using my credit card TWICE and got rejected twice because of THEIR processing system and they said there was nothing they could do. So I paid for a part (that I didn’t even need because the guy told me THE WRONG ISSUE) and then didn’t even receive it because they said it rejected on their end and then I proceeded to use a different card and that one goes through but it was for a part THAT I DIDNT EVEN NEED. And then my card gets maxed out because they’re TWO charges of $360 on my account that supposedly didn’t go through on their end. Omg so frustrating and they didn’t wanna do anything about it. All they said was wait for the charges to fall off and I’m like that’s not even the point anymore 😒
