The issues with my car turned out to be a bit more complicated than I initially thought, but she stayed with me and went out of her way to work with her store manager to resolve the problem. Overall, I left as a very satisfied customer, thanks to the dedication, knowledge, and willingness of Kalii and store manager Micheal, who both went above and beyond to ensure their customers are well taken care of.
