Store manager (Mr. Michael) who is a New Orleans' native, has embraced the Texas charm and "howdy" persona! His professionalism, knowledge, and patience iminates from his huge heart to serve his community. He's even bi-lingual (gladly assisting the Hispanic and the Latino communities with his same unwavering attention to detail). His staff follows his personal example of going the extra mile to provide exemplary automotive care. When the dealership charged me $600 for a battery, Mr. Michael sold me a battery 3 times less than the dealer's price. He even "reset" my computer! I drove from north FW to see them and it was worth the drive!!!!
