  Shaun F was very knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. I really appreciate his patience and resilience in helping with my car. I told him the problem and help jumped right in action with testing the battery, providing a solution for my problem and installing the battery despite the obstacles he faced. With him just being a new employee from what I heard I would have never known due to his expertise. Thank you again Shaun and great job with hire such a great person.

  Giovanni or Jovani, not 100 percent sure how to spell but he was EXTREMELY helpful with my battery exchange. Multiple other employees told me they couldn’t replace my battery through warranty bc nothing was pulling up under my phone number. He looked in an older system they used to use and was able to find my warranty. Thank you for not simply telling me no & putting effort into assisting me! He was so excited when he found it & I am very grateful he continued to listen to me. As a woman it is stressful dealing with those situations and he definitely was open to hearing me! Thank you!

  Services was great, very helpful. Checked my Engine light and a couple of other things. Wish I remembered gentleman that helped me but regardless all are willing to help. Thank you!
