She needed a code read and her oil checked. Wouldn’t answer her when she asked questions. She asked for a stool to sit on while she was waiting . She walks with a cane. he said they didn’t have anything. He was the older heavyset guy. The other worker was nice and helpful to his customer. This person was rude and dismissed her. Very bad customer service. We have always used Auto Zone for our car parts. We won’t be returning to that store. This happened on Thursday afternoon at 6:30.
