I was just here to do a simple return and he berated me for not returning it to the store I got it from. Ive never heard this from any AutoZone employee before and it's not in the return policy. He was so persistently combative towards me that I just grabbed my item and started to leave the store with him shouting at me the whole way out. That guy is unhinged and shouldn't be in customer service!
