  I had a very frustrating experience at the AutoZone location in White Settlement on Clifford Rd. I went in to return a tool without a receipt, and the employee at the counter, Haley, was completely unwilling to help. She didn’t even attempt to look up my purchase using my phone number or try any alternative options — she simply said she couldn’t do anything and made no effort at all to assist. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. Returns without receipts can sometimes be handled by looking up transactions, but she refused to even try. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. Because of this experience, I won’t be shopping at this AutoZone again. I’d rather take my business to O’Reilly Auto Parts, where customer service has always been far more helpful and accommodating.

  Ive always know autozone to be very helpful. Not the guys working today. I needed to change my license plates out to handicap plates. They handed me a screw driver. No problem because girl power, right.. even if handicap...I got this, but one dang screw would not come out. I went inside for help. The guy rolled his eyes; came outside; said "I dont know what to tell you. Go over to Kwik Kar or Brakes Plus because theyre nice guys over there." I suppose he could recognize that in others since he lacked it. I truly believe this is not normal behavior of Auto Zone staff.
