- CWCynthia Washington3 days ago5.0On this day I went to the auto zone on East Lancaster at approximately 11:30 I went there twice on the same day but this particular time that I was in the store a man was being very hostile aggressive belligerent he treated the representative employee from AutoZone very indignant but this employee kept his composure is very courteous and polite and professional the whole time the man was screaming obscenities rude and a very foul mouth this employee showed tremendous amount of professionalism through the whole ordeal and I commend him for this display of professionalism I didn't get his name but whenever I do go back to the store I will get his name and I commend all the other employees at this store they honestly care a great deal about the customers and they're always professional and knowledgeable once again thank you to the employees at this AutoZone on East Lancaster your service and your work does not get unnoticed and once again thank you for all your help
