  I was having some key fob issues and check engine light issues with my car. Candice did a phenomenal providing great customer service. She put in a new battery into my key fob and ran the report for my OBD results. She recommended a great product to help with cleaning out my catalytic converter! She is knowledge and friendly!

  I had to take two windshield wipers back to Auto Zone because I had chosen to buy the wrong ones and the connection was wrong. When I walked to the register one of the guys asked if I had a receipt, I didn’t have it, and the first guy told me that’s too bad and he couldn’t refund me. A more experienced guy came to me and said he would try and find my purchase and we went through all the purchases over the last few weeks comparing CC #’s because I forgot to use my phone number… won’t do that again but low and behold he found my purchase associated with my card and sent me my refund. I am grateful for the man who spent an extra few minutes to help. That’s customer service and the other guy should take notes on how to treat people.

  Candice was so helpful with a battery issue I had. She was informative and pleasant. I brought my old battery back and she even came out to help make sure it was tightly in there! Excellent service!
