    I called the store looking for a mobile mechanic since I couldn’t drive my vehicle, and Chris was incredibly helpful. Even though she didn’t live in the area, she quickly checked with a coworker and connected me with a mobile mechanic who contacted me right away. He arrived as scheduled, replaced my battery, and was very professional. Huge thank-you to Chris for her kindness, professionalism, and going above and beyond—she’s truly an asset to the company!

    They worked with me in buying a starter and getting my core back. But when i came to return my core i winners one of the staff have to be called twice to stop conversing in the back and help a customer needing help. He had a bit of an attitude when he helped the man transfer a warranty to a battery he had purchased. The lack of professionalism was off putting.

    I had an excellent experience at AutoZone when I came in for a new battery. Phillip Barr went above and beyond by installing it for me, and he was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and explained things clearly, which I really appreciated. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Phillip truly made my visit stress-free and pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this AutoZone and highly recommend asking for Phillip if you need assistance!

    Manager tried to stiff me $10 on wiper blades. Bought Rain-X wiper blades and confirmed with person at the store that they would fit on my vehicle (because the connection didn't look correct). He assured me it would fit and there is an adapter inside. After getting home and attempting to install, found on Mfr website that I needed a different blade with different connector (the adapter was just a different size rather than type). Returned to the store to find the right wiper blades. Manager was the only person in the store and he tried giving me blades that had obviously been used and returned at first. When I picked different blades that looked new (and were cheaper), he exchanged the blades but never asked for my card. I asked about the return for the price difference and he said he just did an even exchange. I pushed back that there's a $10 difference and asked for it to be returned to my card. He finally refunded the original blades and rang up the new blades correctly. Surprising something as simple as wiper blades had to be such a hassle, and more surprising the manager tried to stiff me out of $10 (I highly doubt he didn't realize the other blades were cheaper, he was grabbed them off the hanger).
