Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. I went to this shop because I had a car inspection coming up in 2 days and I needed to know what was wrong with my car and why is my engine light on. If you live in Texas you know that the inspection will not pass with an engine light on and I was so stressed but Mr.Patrick helped me out and found what was the problem and I ordered the part but Mr. Patrick also saw that one of my break lights were out and I also got a new light bulb. Well after my purchase Mr. Patrick went and put my break lights on for me, which is another fact that I didn’t know, that if I buy a light build from the store they can put it on for me for free. But once Mr. Patrick put it on my engine light went out and I was able to go get my inspection done that same day and get that taken care of. I mean he helped me out and didn’t even know that he literally saved my car from being parked on the streets instead of in a parking garage because at the homeless shelter that I live, if my car is not inspected and tagged I would have to park it outside the gates where my car can be broken into or damaged. Lancaster is not the safest place to park your car outside on the curb. I was so happy and that was one less stresser in my life that I did not have to worry about. Now a couple days after my engine light did come back on but that’s not the point. So, thank you for your kindness and helpful hand. Many blessings to your store and everyone in it.
