  Went for service on 2 weeks old husqvarna chainsaw. I was shamed demeaned and talk down to. I will never step foot on that property again. I rarely do reviews but this business needs to be closed.

  We've had our mower repair done here 2x in the past 5 years. They're super busy and it's hard to get a phone call answered but they get the equipment repaired timely and they follow through. When you drop your equipment, pick up some patience but know the service is excellent and the prices are reasonable as well.

  This is Daniel Allen. Since you can’t respond to the owner when he responds I will write my response back here. You did not even allow me to finish explaining what I was talking about when it came to my issue with my tractor you just went off on me and kicked me out of your establishment. I was trying to explain to you that it has to have the continuity of being plugged in. When the wire is broke on the sensor it throws a code and will not allow the tractor to start. I went to Cosper tractor company in Alvarado and not only got the exact part I needed I also got treated with excellent customer service something you know absolutely nothing about and now my tractor is no longer in the middle of the pasture. You did not need to speak to me in the way you did especially as a paying customer. Especially since you had to call LS to verify what you were stating which shows you didn’t know for a fact what you were talking about. You were robing a part from a tractor that wasn’t even the model I have and the part would not have fixed my issue so therefore you still were of no help to me. I do not appreciate the way you spoke to me & that is what my review was about.
