  First of all never in my life have I paid for my brakes to be done. Always have had my dad’s help. Really appreciative of the honesty at this place. I was nervous as the stigma for being a female looking for any auto work is worrisome. Didn’t talk to me like I didn’t know anything. Treated me great. They didn’t try to force me to do the rotors. I felt like Daniel went above and beyond even when I changed my mind and asked to see the rotors myself. He went and explained/showed why they couldn’t be resurfaced and never did once try to “sell” me on doing rotors also which I really appreciated. One of the reasons i changed my mind and I decided to go ahead with the rotors. Thankful for his patience with me and honesty. He worked with the guys in the back to get me out of here in time for work. I was there for a very long time, they were very busy, my only “complaint” but not their fault really. I tried to come at 8 am and was unable to due to road work and being late for work. So I moved my appt to 11. Got me out of here by 4:30 for work (2nd job). Thank you so much!

  Not a happy customer. Got here at 9:15 am (had an appointment) then I had to be the one to ask what was going on with the car around 11:15 am. There had been several customers come and go in my two hour wait for my A/C check. By 11:30 am I was told my issue and that they would get me out ASAP. By12 I still had not seen any movement so I went to ask for an update. The person told me my part had just arrived -- my part was a cabin air filter -- How do they not already carry a cabin air filter at a place that does oil changes? Seemed odd to me. Anyways, I said I wanted to be out in the next 15 minutes and I was. I paid and left. The staff was nice but the experience overall was negative.

  Today, I scheduled an appointment to have my truck’s alignment checked. The process took approximately an hour, and I was informed that everything was in order and ready for me to proceed. However, upon driving my truck, I noticed that the alignment was significantly worse, causing it to pull hard to the left. Consequently, I returned to the shop, After the second attempt, I was informed that everything was fine again, but the truck now pulled hard to the right. At this juncture, I was informed that their alignment machine was not properly calibrated. They decided to restart the machine and attempt the alignment again. At this point I called my wife and got picked up. I returned 3 hours later and I noticed that my truck had not moved. When I inquired about an update, I was told that they were still working on the issue. This was clearly a false statement, as no vehicles were on the alignment lift, and my truck remained in its original parking spot. An employee approached me and asked if we fixed my truck if I would provide a positive review. At this point I asked for a full refund because I feared them working on it would make it even worse.

  Daniel Lucas was straight forward and honest the entire time. The speed and efficiency of this location is rare these days. If you need anything taken care of be sure to ask for Daniel. He's a good wholesome guy!
