  Manager, Josh, and Service Advisor, Sukhi, took very good care of me here. The place is run professionally and the team take a genuine care to their customers. Prices are competitive and the work is done well. The technicians and other staff are polite and kind as well.

  Came in for a wheel alignment. Jay was professional and knowledgeable in what I wanted. Brakes plus was reasonably priced and actually a little cheaper than other stores I've gone to for my Lexus. Sukhi was polite and professional even asked if he could get my daughter anything while we wait. I will definitely be coming back.

  I’ve been coming here for a few years. Even though they’ve had some employee turnover, it is always a good turnout. I’ve had brakes done and just had my CV joints replaced. Sukhi and I went back and forth with the CV joints replaced issue, but he was diligent in researching the issue and finding the parts needed and saved me $500. Thanks for the help.

  I want to start by saying that Sukhi is legit! He’s a true pro at what he does. I’ve been to this shop twice with two different vehicles, my Honda accord and Toyota Tundra. With my accord I needed a tune up, several fluid changes, and brake job. The price was fair and I walked out happy. I came back to get some maintenance done on my Tundra because the service was that great. Prices are fair and the costumer service is outstanding. I will be back to do the 100K service on my wife’s car. Keep it up! PS I saw another review talking about the inspection review not being part of the paperwork given to the customer. That would be one thing I’d like to see change. Not a big deal at all. If you ask they will tell you what is in it.

  I had an appointment at 10am. I arrived about 10 minutes before. There were several people waiting before me so I expected a small wait. As I’m waiting and the crowd thinned out, Shuki (I’m not sure on the spelling) came out and announced to the store that they don’t honor appointments and it’s first comes first serve. This was frustrating to hear as someone walked in 10 minutes after me with an appointment at the same time and was out within 20 minutes. The first comes, first serve didn’t seem to be honored in that situation and it was the same for 2 other customers that came in after me. When I arrived to my appointment I told Josh, the manager, that I needed to rotors replaced and the brake pads were brand new. I waited 2 hours for them to repeat the pro or back to me and tell me I needed new brake pads. My brake pads were replaced a week ago….. A very frustrating experience and I won’t be back. Timely service doesn’t seem to be a priority.
