- BSBrittnee ShineMar 26, 20261.0The first time I came to Brakes Plus at White Settlement for an oil change, the customer service was awesome! The staff was great and the prices were affordable. So I came back expecting to get the same results. It was the complete opposite! I pulled up and two men were outside. One walked away and another stood on the opposite end. Nobody greeted me and one of them stared at me, and then walked away. I never expected that to happen to me. So I waited a few minutes, thinking that I would soon get service. The same guy comes back and then he walked away again. Also, there were no customers ahead of me. I was the only one that pulled up at the time that I came today, which was early this afternoon. I drove off highly disappointed. I have never experienced any service like that in my life. Never again!
