  Gabby is awesome! I Went into the store on Race Street in Fort Worth to have two car batteries checked out. Gabby educated me on what is the best type of battery for my vehicles. Gabby is definitely an asset to AutoZone.

  Worst service ever. Went to commercial, asked them to look up my lug nuts, dude didn’t want to look them up and grabbed random lug nuts and said “try these” knew they were too small and told him and asked him to look them up. His response was “well there’s some out on the floor you can look for” lazy, and rude. Get an employee that actually wants to help.

  One of Girl works here, doesn't have a clue about cars, and has an attitude & very unhelpful.

  Had a tail light out and came in to get a new one, Augie not only found the right tail light for me but also changed it! I even tried to tip him for his help and he wouldn’t accept! Super nice and sooo helpful! I will 100% come back! Thank y’all again!

  This auto zone location i walked in and asked if my battery was covered under warranty, employee went out to test it and said its bad. looked up the account and it was covered. So as I stood there waiting for the gentleman to bring out the battery he told me to take it off and bring it in. And he'll swap it out. He did not even want to attempt to help me. Probably because it was too cold outside. I was even in the handicap spot with my placard on my mirror. Im 63 yrs old disabled and this kid didnt give a damn. It was too cold for him. What kind of customer service is this. I walked out and went to the autozone down the street where I usually go and they to care of the battery with no proplem.
