  Out of fresh coffee and broken coffee machines, what kind of truck stop does not have coffee???? So tired of Pilots shitty service and sky high fuel prices.

  Only 2 of the 5 women's bathroom stalls weren't Out of Order, so there was a long line!! I can only speak of the stall I used, it was tiny (where you have to kind of squeeze around the door when going in and out), toilet paper and seat covers on the floor, and the tampon bin was overflowing!! Gross!! What is really concerning is one of the stalls that was Out of Order was the handicapped stall!! There was no bathroom for a handicapped, mobility impaired, or larger woman to use since the remaining stalls were so small!! My husband said the stall he used in the Men's was also tiny, and 2 of the 3 towel dispensers were out of order. Otherwise, the store was clean, had the normal truck stop coffee and drink options, snacks, some healthy grab and go options, accessories for big rigs, a professional driver lounge, shower, but I noticed the laundry room was out of service. This locale also has a Subway, mini Cinnabon, and some hot food including Soups and Pizza. However, there were only a few slices of pizza and empty pizza pans under the heat lamp and I witnessed them loose a customer who wanted pizza because of it. The other hot food was slim pickings as well. The gas here was $0.10 / gal more than the current price at Love's just 2 exits away. Both Flying J and Love's have $0.10 off per gallon programs, which we are a member of both. The staff was friendly. This stop has a lot of wasted potential!! I would have easily given this locale 5/5 stars had it not been for the women's bathrooms, the non-competative gas prices, and to a lesser extent, the laundry being out of order (but I feel I should give professional drivers some representation here), also the lack of hot food. Since it is along the busy I-10, Flying J really needs to step it up!! All of these little things can really add up to the loss of customers and revenue!! I travel for work, so if they have improved my next time through, I will edit my review to reflect that. But, we may just opt for the Ft. Stockton Love's in the future.

  What's going on with pilot and flying j, the toilets are unbelievably dirty, there are bottles and used paper everywhere, you have to wait for two hours to take a bath, and I was the third in line, so I got into the bathroom, only then was there chaos, the towels have a strange smell, the bathroom is a dirty mess

  Disgusting 🤢 this is the most diobolical flying j I have ever seen the showers are better in the county jail! The shower I paid for had pubic hair all over the toilet and shower was dirty and moldy also as soon as I walked in the store there was a sewer smell that was slowly taking over the entire store but definitely was coming from the restroom/shower areas the food hot bar was so old and not fresh at all and I was overly concerned when I realized that the staff gave a flying flip about the quality of the store the entire hot bar selection was hours old I know this because I had been there for hours and nothing had changed as I was in and out of the store multiple times I went into the subway at 9:30pm on a Monday for the sub of the day and I was lied too and told that they had no meatballs because they close at 10pm I walked back too the convenience side of the store for assistance on them making new pizza and they literally ignored me I literally encountered every single employee in the building and no one greeted me or offered any type of help I honestly think they all hate there job this is the worse truck stop I have been too in America and I’m a truck driver I drive all 50 states this is the worse by bar nasty 🤮 unclean poor service no fresh food I got there at 4:30 pm and came in for dinner at 9:45pm and they literally had the same food on the hot bar the half chicken the meet loaf mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese never updated the only good thing I can say is that the parking lot was very clean and quiet
