I recently had a rear ender collision in which the other driver was at fault. His insurance arranged the repair of my truck. Firstly, their customer service was good, since it was a very superficial damage it took three days more or less to get it ready, that's good. Onto the repair itself, it's still noticeable. I still prefer Caliber Collision.

The body work looks good. But it took over a month to do the repairs. And it was not a lot of damage. My AC was working and now its broken: not sure what happened.
