- STSouthern TransportApr 27, 20261.0I have been an enterprise customer for many years. This is actually the first time I have felt the need to leave a review. The Forney location had gotten really bad with customer service. My experience here use to be great until I dealt with the assistant manager a few times. Her name is Madison. This lady is rude and has a bad attitude. Bad customer service and no value for the customer. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.
- TRTammy RobertsApr 19, 20265.0Sam and Cliff were above and beyond helpful at Enterprise in Forney. We came in almost at closing time to a full house. They still got us in and out quickly. Friendly every time I spoke to them. Fun to talk to. Glad they took such good care of us.

A dying business. Going to only use turo from now on.

I just find myself having to explain to people about the 2 missing hubcaps several times a day. Update. A representative from the location did reach out to me and offer to exchange my vehicle, but I declined. The vehicle runs very well and gets great gas mileage. I have actually considered buying this brand and model of a vehicle once I return it as a second car. I must reiterate that they have great customer service and that the individuals that do their detailing are very intentional with their work. I would definitely utilize their services again.
