  They need to fix the car wash machine It barely cleans the cars . I pay for best wash and my tires don’t even get wet. Employees are great and very helpful. They care about reviews but the owner clearly doesn’t if the car wash barely washes cars

  Can I get ZERO stars for this? Been trying to cancel my membership and the form they have online tells you to click on the "DONE" icon which is NOT there. There is only a SUBMIT icon and when you hit that it says you have to complete the * items of which I did...but until you hit the "DONE" icon it won't process your cancellation request. Tried calling and it just tells you to go to their website or you can leave a message which says they'll get back to you within 3 days. Also, you must cancel within 72 hours of your next auto withdrawal from your account. You can't cancel prior to that time. I've filled out that form countless times now and called. I want to cancel this subscription of which I didn't even know that I signed up for. The tech at the car wash just told me that they were running a special that particular day for a $10.00 car wash. I had no idea that I was signing up for a subscription to be charged monthly! Customer Service is a SHAM!

  Trademark Carwash has officially become my go-to spot. The service is always fast, the wash is spotless, and the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine — but SJ is what truly sets this location apart. From the moment I pulled in, SJ greeted me with genuine professionalism, patience, and a level of customer care you don’t see everywhere. He didn’t just do his job — he took the time to explain my options, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and checked in afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the wash. That kind of attention to detail and pride in his work is rare. My car came out looking brand new, and I left feeling taken care of. If every business had an SJ on their team, customer service would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend Trademark Carwash — and if you go, ask for SJ. He’ll get you right every time.

  Sj was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the process of getting me through the car wash I was very impressed and satisfied with how quickly and easily I was able to get my car cleaned

  This is a terrible car wash. They arms for the lanes are broken, they don't pre-rinse your car, 6 of the 7 vacuums we went to were broken and the side we got to only had one side working. As for clean towels, there are none. There was a young man who came up to me to sell me items so I asked him where the manager was. He said the manager isn't even there and laughed. I asked if there were other working vacuums, he laughed and said you just gotta find one that works. He also said, they are clogged and I don't even know how to fix them. He then started walking away and said I will be right back to help you once I help this lady.. Here is the picture of him coming right back. Trash car wash and employees.
