  I typically never leave reviews but today I am baffled. I got brand new tires put on my car yesterday around 2pm and picked up my car around 4pm. I drove my car straight home less than .5 miles away parked it in its regular parking spot. This morning I wake up and my rear passenger tire is flat. Less than 24 hours after getting BRAND NEW tires and almost $1,000 later they tell me there is a piece of metal in the tire and that’s why it went flat and because it was too close to the side wall they wouldn’t fix it nor compensate for putting a defective tire on my car. There is absolutely no possible way I got a flat on a brand new tire that had only driven less than .5miles. They charged me an additional $300 for another tire. I was beyond myself. Their tire didn’t even last 24 hours before they scammed and charged us to replace the tire for full price. You would think they would carry their business with some integrity. I would not recommend getting your tires done here based off the carelessness and then blaming the customer and swindling them into buying their tire insurance.

  brought a new tire to them to install and was told because i removed the stickers they cant install the tire because its a liability. their employee even seen the glue still on the tread and also was able to tell the tire has never been mounted. i offered to show the receipt from amazon where i bought the tire and they declined. they stated no sticker means its a used tire. how stupid is that. they werent even going to warranty the tire so whats the issue? what a dumb reason to lose business. i will never be back. i called discount tire in front of him and asked if it was the same rule and discount tire laughed and said thats a really dumb reason not to put a tire on. i made an appt with discount tire. mavis loses all my business. its obvious they want to sell an overpriced tire and not use your own. i guess theres a reason i was the only customer there. empty lot means theres a reason nobody comes here, and i most definitely will not be coming back

  When I got to Mavis tire, I was greeted by Carlos at the front desk who was juggling a customer and multiple phone calls alone. He never lost his patience or broke a sweat. The team here had my car ready in less than 30 mins and the waiting room was clean. Definitely happy with my experience here.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Forney! Ryan provided amazing customer service from start to finish. The team was quick, professional, and the pricing was very fair. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for honest and efficient service, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Ryan! I got new front and rear brakes and new tires at a very reasonable price!

  Firestone told me I just needed air in my tire and two days later my tire was literally dragging to the ground. I didn’t know who to trust but when I called Mavis Tires they saved the day. My thanks goes to Devon and Ryon for helping me, not only was the customer service great but just the genuine interaction and conversation over the phone too. This helped me make a decision on who to go to and I will definitely be back for any car troubles.
