We were informed, up front, of the whole process. From the time that we dropped off the vehicle until the time we picked it up, everything was exactly as they said. We received daily updates informing us of where they were in the repair process and the estimated completion date. To make an easy process even better, our vehicle was finished and ready for us to pick up three days before the original estimate! We had a choice of where to take our car and we are extremely happy that we chose Joe Hudson’s Collision Center.
