  I was recently here on Saturday February 21st. I got a oil change and replaced the air filter. I'm not really happy with the fact that my air box wasn't closed at all after the filter change. I'm not sure if the kid didn't know what to do or afraid to ask for help but I just noticed that my truck wasn't running right this morning on the way to work. Luckily I know what to look for and closed the box and latched it correctly. I just wanted to shed some light on having you guys double check the techs work if it's something like a air box.

  I came to this Jiffy Lube location just to get my car inspected. I will say they were pretty slow, but they were also busy, so that wasn’t a huge issue for me. The problem happened at checkout. The manager (I forgot his name) told me everything went well and that my keys and paperwork would be on the dashboard. When I got into my car, my keys were not there. I got back out and asked where my keys were, and everyone kept saying they should be in the car. A couple of the employees came over to help look, but no one could find them. I then remembered seeing the manager check out another lady before me and noticing he had my keys in his hand. I mentioned that I thought he may have accidentally given my keys to the lady he checked out before me (she had a BMW) and suggested they call her to verify. He acted confused and said, “BMW?” until another employee confirmed that he had just checked her out. Instead of calling her right away, everyone continued “looking” for my keys. Thankfully, the lady ended up coming back on her own and said they had given her someone else’s keys. For reference, I drive a KIA. What really bothered me was that the manager never once owned up to the mistake. Instead, he made a joke saying, “Haha, I didn’t want you to leave.” Meanwhile, the rest of the staff was actually very nice and apologetic — they showed much better customer service skills than the manager did. Because of how careless this situation was handled, especially by management, I will not be returning.

  My experience with employees as a second time doing oil change at this location was that I was very happy and pleased with the service at this Jiffy lube on FM 548 In Forney. Great customer service. The technician, Rich and Jatorian ( sorry, not sure of your spelling 😁) were very friendly. courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with their service. Plus the Assistance manager, Destiny was very friendly and pleasant as well. I will look forward to having my car serviced there again. Thank you all,,Benedicta

  I went with my sister to get her emissions inspection. While we were just about to pull her car into the bay, she couldn’t get it started. It turns out her battery was completely dead and needed replacement. Jon was so patient and answered all of our questions, Seth helped us find the best battery, and Ray changed out the battery with ease. I was so impressed with this Jiffy Lube. They were so busy, but remained patient, kind, and professional. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.

  I had a combo oil change, state emissions andd front wiper blades done. Everyone was top notch on their A+ Game. Not only were the curtesous and friendly they did an excellent job in taking care of me. Customer service in my book is a game changer even if prices don't always align. Every aspect of my visit was totally awesome!
