    Title: Rude, accusatory, and threatening — Enterprise [Forney, Tx] This experience has left me shocked and humiliated. It began with a phone call the day before my rental. I was quoted one price, but when I called back 20 minutes later, the quote had changed. The woman I spoke to the second time was dismissive and gave me a flimsy excuse. When I called out her snarky tone, the interaction went downhill fast. I can’t be certain, but I strongly believe that woman was Veronica Polanco — the same employee I later dealt with in person. When I came into the branch the next day, Ms. Polanco helped with my drop-off. At one point, I caught her glaring at me while another employee was assisting. Then she accused me of smoking in the car. I explained no one smoked inside, only that I smoked briefly outside at a gas station. She insisted there was “tobacco” in the car and produced a tiny brown crumb — which could have been food or anything else. She claimed it was proof. She then told me I would have to pay for a detail or she would refuse to rent to me. When I said I would pay under protest but wanted her name and corporate’s contact to report her, she escalated further and threatened to call the police on me. Over a crumb. Meanwhile, the man who was helping me with the pickup had no issue accepting my debit card. But when the customers behind me tried to use a debit card, he demanded multiple documents and told them a credit card would be “better.” The inconsistent treatment showed me that this branch doesn’t even follow one fair standard — professionalism and integrity are completely missing here. This is not customer service — it’s intimidation, harassment, and bias. When I later spoke to the area manager, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Enterprise, customers deserve: Honest and consistent quotes, Staff who treat customers with professionalism, not hostility, Clear, consistent policies applied equally to everyone, And accountability when employees weaponize false claims and police threats against paying customers. I will not be returning to this location.

    I had such an amazing experience with Enterprise in Forney! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding, and the entire process was seamless. A special shoutout to Ms. Veronica, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish. She made sure everything was explained clearly, handled all the details smoothly, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure customers are taken care of, but Ms. Veronica exceeded every expectation. Because of her and the excellent service at this location, I’ll definitely be recommending Enterprise Forney to family and friends and will be returning myself. Truly an incredible experience!
