Under normal circumstances, I would have returned it immediately, but because I had just been in a wreck and insurance was covering the rental, I kept the vehicle out of necessity. I expect better quality control and customer care, especially in situations where customers are already dealing with stressful circumstances like an accident. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations.
