The customer service was far below acceptable standards, and several employees were rude and dismissive from the start. The manager, Casey Mayfield, made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. In my experience, he refused to move forward with providing the vehicle and spoke to me in a way that was harsh, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. As a U.S. veteran, I have never been treated with that level of disrespect. What disturbed me most was that I felt racially profiled during the interaction with Casey. The way I was treated compared to other customers made me feel singled out and judged, and it left me extremely uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location, and I strongly caution others to be aware of how they treat their customers.
