I waited in line for 20 minutes while two employees worked on one customer outside changing a battery and the manager was busy “with other stuff on the phone - not work related “ They asked me if I had a card payment, I told them I needed a quote, and they carried on with what they were busy with. I was told that they will get to me sometime soon. No respect shown - unacceptable I will now go to O’Reilly Autoparts

They are the more lazy staff i ever see. I work in dallas shop always we get everything on piont. This store have no quality control no etics and lazy staff. But the worst is the knowledge. They are lost. A fast food will be better job for that staff. Its just bad all over. The store need to be more efficient and got more people with the necessity of work. I hope the Management see this and fix the efficiency of that store.

Thankfully one of the young Hispanic ladies at the Forney store (I apologize for not getting her name) was able to assist me in diagnosing the problem, and explaining it to me in layman’s terms. I highly recommend this Auto Zone location. They are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
