- EGebony gl0henJan 2, 20265.0last week, my car started stalling while starting up. had to get a jump to auto zone and get a diagnosis. Tim was fabulous in ensuring that i got taken care of, reassured me that the corrosion on the terminal was the issue and a quick jump + clean was all i need. which he did with ease HOWEVER! the next day… car wasn’t starting. MIND YOU, it was starting up perfectly normal after Tim sent me on my way. but… the next day chiiiile i was stuck like chuck before a meeting! so i call autozone because my neighbors weren’t available. that’s when they sent Mitchell, the hero of the day! he reassured me that Tim’s advice from yesterday was sound based on his findings after plugging the charger thingy to the terminals… also let me know the acid leaking might be an issue that’s causing my battery to continue to stall. so i follow him to autozone and he does a fullER diagnosis, that’s when he’s able to get the read that it’s a bad battery. likely was right on the line between good and bad which is yunno its own spiritual revelation i got to have in the midst of this car situation. all to say, shoutout to Tim and Mitchell for their support throughout this process! i wanted to ensure that i could prevent a situation like this from happening again, and felt confident in the battery i chose based on the information i was given. although im literally just a lady, they didn’t make me feel like i was being upsold or belittled. simply supported in my car issues. which is a huge relief when you’re a woman experiencing car troubles. iykyk 🥹🫶🏿

He was so kind and thorough, even with the weather being chilly, and he went the extra mile by cleaning my battery posts to make sure the new battery would get a proper charge to start my car. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail and will definitely be back because of him.
