I needed an item ordered and she got me exactly what I needed even though I didn't know exactly what I needed. Lol! And then the next day I had to cancel the order ( not her fault all mine) and she was just as nice and helpful!!! She is so patient and kind! Best service at an Auto Zone in a while!
