  Took my tire to get a screw fixed. Renford took great care of me and worked me in during a busy day to get me out as fast as he could and now my daughters car is safe again!

  Went in for a new battery but they were able to identify a cable issue and fixed it at no charge. This doesn’t happen often. Really appreciate Joel and team.

  Renford and Brian were awesome! I came in to get an alignment and state inspection! They were very kind and knowledgeable! I will be back for sure! Thanks to you all for the help!

  Jeff had a great service and came upfront of saying that if the repair was not able to be done he’ll put on the spare giving me a sense of honesty! Definitely coming back to NTB for any future needs

  I did two brake inspections: Firestone and NTB: Read Below. Firestone took 2 hours to perform a brake inspection and I even had an appointment. Firestone said I needed back brake pads and rotors. And brake pads in the front. Estimate Approx $1000+ I went to NTB and they actually let me look at the brake pads and rotors first hand. NTB said I had 40 to 50 percent left on brake pads and all rotors were fine. Thanks NTB. Saved me $1000+. Oh and NTB took 10 minutes to inspect.
