When I asked, the front desk person said it was “first come, first served,” which makes no sense—why offer appointments if they don’t honor them and took care of another person who came after me. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time, they finally took my car in for the oil change, and then began recommending services my car didn’t even need. Overall, I was very disappointed with their service.

The price is better compared to the shops around and they offered a 3 year warranty compared to 2 year warranty on batteries around the same price range. Garrett who took care of my car was very informative and shared every step before proceeding. Appreciate the professionalism.

Theodore explained every line item on my car report and let me know what was needed and what could wait. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision but thoroughly informed. The rest of the crew were great and they had my 4 Runner ready to go within the timeframe they had estimated. Highly recommended!

As a uber delivery driver this is extremely important for the cabin filter to not bring mold into my vehicle and an issue I was not aware of. I do not feel like he pressured me into doing anything extra.

Car issues three times, creepy mechanics a couple of times…needless to say I’m not a fan and kind of dread it. So any place that does a good, professional service gets all my flowers. Loved this Kwik Kar. Genuinely quick but thorough service, great staff, reasonable pricing and nice quiet waiting area, which was really nice after a Monday at work and fighting traffic. Saw that I had a low beam out and offered to replace right away, and lucky enough, it turned out to just be a loose bulb. Brianna (I hope I remember correctly!) was awesome and super courteous. I drove off without the usual panic of how soon until the check engine light comes on. So thanks y’all, I hate getting my oil changed a great deal less now and I’ll be telling my friends. And yours, too.
