  I was here to do regualar oil change. Was done quick. The guy was recommending brake fluid sterring fluid flush (which he said it looks dirty). But, i just changed it a week ago at this same shop. After his boss told him that its done, he say, he thought it was not done, so gave the recommendation. After I asked him why did you say its dirty, is it rrally dirty? then he shown some atritude. Not great customer care.

  I have been going to this location for years and will continue to do so. They have a new Manager and he is outstanding. The shop is ran very well. They make a point to take all customers even if you show up close to closing time. I had a brake job done at a great price. I always have my oil changed here. I would highly recommend.

  Came in for a car inspection and oil change, Theodore was very thorough in taking care of the vehicle and spoke to me about preventative maintenance to keep this work truck on the road before the temps start heating up! Thanks for a great experience, ill definitely be back.

  Theodore was really thoughtful and took the time to review a carfax maintenance recommendation checklist with me, without adding any pressure to add-on to my service today (though I did agree to the air filters bc I knew I needed them replaced anyway). He made sure to share the items he felt were important for the longevity of my vehicle, while also taking the time to actually *strip test* my brake fluid to show me that even though a flush is recommended in car fax, my fluid is actually doing alright for now and we can wait on this service with confidence. I really appreciated the extra time he spent explaining the recommendations and how they would benefit my vehicle’s lifespan, no mechanic has *ever* been that transparent with me. Great service that stands out even among other Kwik Kar locations I have patronized. THANK YOU!

  Theodore helped me out with my car and did amazing! He showed me what was wrong with my air filters, I’m a visual person so for him to go out of his way to do that for me was awesome! He was so nice and has great customer service!
