  I cannot say enough good things about Gerber Glass and Collision Repair in Flower Mound. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did they repair my accident damage perfectly, but they also stepped in when I was having major issues with insurance and rental car communication. They willingly became the middleman, coordinating everything on my behalf and making what could have been an overwhelming process feel completely seamless. We hit several bumps along the road, and even after their work was completed, I experienced additional car issues that were not caused by them. Despite that, they continued to support us without hesitation. They coordinated another rental, had my car towed to Ford, and—most incredibly—paid for a new battery and covered our rental car costs out of pure kindness. They absolutely did not have to do that, but they did it because they genuinely care about their customers. On top of all of that, when I got my car back, they had detailed it at no charge. As a mom of two crumb-covered kids, my car was a mess, and that thoughtful extra touch of customer service meant more than they probably realized. As a mom navigating a very tight Holiday season financially, they truly have no idea how much their help meant to my family during an incredibly stressful time. It’s rare to find a business that values people over money, but Gerber Flower Mound does exactly that. They are honest, compassionate, and simply good people. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that treats you like a human being—not just a claim number—this is the place.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! Andrea and the lady at the front desk provided AMAZING customer service from start to finish. They were so sweet, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. They helped me with everything — even my rental — and took so much stress off my shoulders during a really overwhelming situation. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car, and I could truly feel how much they wanted to help after everything I had gone through with my previous car issues. I’m so grateful for them. They really blessed me, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work and even better customer service! 💯🙌🏽 Also , I wanna shout out the rest of the team who worked on my repairs , you guys did a really good job ! 😊They even returned my car back to me cleaned out, air in my tires, etc… I really appreciate you guys and I will be back if I need another repair 🫶🏾

  They did a fantastic job with our Pacifica despite parts shortages and other delays outside their control. Quality of the repairs so top notch and they regularly communicated updates.
