- EPElle PDec 14, 20251.0My grandmother who is a loyal customer with multiple plans with this car wash company and during a wash had her headlight shattered and full of water causing her $1,500 in damage and because she didn’t catch it as soon as it happened and left the lot because she had trust in this company-they did not help her with the damage caused. I hardly leave bad reviews but be warned this is not okay for a loyal elderly customer to be treated like this. I hope that this car wash does better.

- DMDerrick MosesAug 22, 20251.0Even giving me an extra free wash, I still had so much soap left on the rear, that I had to park by the rugs and rinse my car off again. The second pass destroyed my rear wiper. I really want to make this my only car wash but after the amount of trouble I've had to go through just to get my car cleaned, it's not worth the headache.
