  I am sorry to say do not aste your money at this car wash. It's the worst car wash I've ever used. This is a brand new location and my car came out about 1/3 better than when I started. First after I passed it I realized that you must use a self bug off scrub station. Not happening for the price I paid for this subpar wash. 2nd they sprayed something on my windshield then I entered the wash. This damn thing went so fast I almost got whiplash trying to see what was going by so fast. So that tells me that's a big reason why your cars not getting cleaned. I pull into a bay to vacuum and dry off the car. I look at the windshield and there are still bug guts on it, so I had to scrub it off. Now I bought the middle of the road wash at $15. Oh no sir that's appauling to me. Pay $15 and clean your own car basically. So then I went to the front desk and talked to a great employee Osvaldo. He listened and informed me he could see where there were some misses and offered for me to go through the car wash as many times as I wanted to because that was QT's policy. Again no sir I didn't come here to go through the carwash 10 times and waste all my time I came here to go through the carwash one time and have a beautiful car wash The car comes out clean somebody has taken the time to scrub & work on the tires they don't offer any of that so number one he's a great employee and he should be you should try hard to keep him. So I would have rather have had a refund it's not my job to have to go through the carwash 10 times it's not my job to wash pre-wash the car That's not what I'm paying for and you need to slow the damn line down so that the brushes that you have can actually work on the car. But I will be telling everybody in floresville don't go to QT You're not going to get what you pay for and you're going to have to become the employee to get what you want done it's a shame what's come of the service industry thanks for your time.

  For workers literally to not have to do anything and still be able to piss you off, is impressive.

  Terrible service. Worker purposely made machine not wash my car to inconvenience me because I honked after gate not opening. Pretty funny guys 1 star.
