Tristan, the manager there for 4 years, took it upon himself to come to my house, check the battery and other parts. He eventually swapped battery out, at my house, on his own time, (it was 7 by the time he finished) to make sure I was taken care of. Ethan, the assistant manager was incredibly professional when I was not. He quickly assessed the situation and got Tristan on the line, and my issue was handled They have a fantastic team at Valvoline 155. If you want a home town feel for an oil change place, where they will go the extra mile to earn your trust and business, you need to get your vehicle serviced here.
