  I didn't know that this shop was open, I've been waiting for a while now lol but I went in for brake repair, thinking I needed rotors too.. Dylan and Caleb were able to resurface the rotors and saved me a couple hundred dollars!

  One of the few places that actually still turns rotors. I took my daily driver in for brakes, rotors, and an oil change. I also dropped off my classic off to get some suspension work done and they knocked both out the park THE SAME DAY. There was a mixup with my phone # and Caleb drove to my house nearby to let me know that the car was ready. Dylan and his team are a solid group of guys. Five ⭐️s across the board.

  I took my truck to Brakes Plus on January 9, 2026 for an alignment. They showed me the computer readings, I approved the adjustments, and within about 20 minutes they said the truck was ready. I paid and left. Within a week the truck started pulling to the right, and it kept getting worse to the point where I had to constantly fight the steering wheel just to keep it straight. I went back and asked them to check the alignment without telling them they had done it before. They immediately confirmed the alignment was off and agreed the truck was pulling right during their test drive. When I told them the work was done there a couple months ago, they confirmed it was still under their 3-month / 3,000-mile warranty. The moment they realized it was a warranty job, my truck suddenly stopped being a priority. The mechanic moved on to other vehicles and left mine sitting on the rack while paying jobs were handled first. I arrived at 8:45 AM and didn’t leave until noon just to correct a job they didn’t do right the first time. Very disappointing customer service and a clear lack of respect for customers’ time. I will not be returning.

  Stopped in here cause I thought I needed new front brakes. Turned out one of my back calipers had locked up. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need they took care of the actual problem. I had a meeting to get to and they made sure to get my truck back up and going in time for me to make my meeting. The store is nice and clean and the staff were all great. I’ll be back next time I need service

  So, it’s always nice to have a good specialty location(Brakes) close to home. It’s even better when you meet the team and feel like they are close family. That’s what Caleb and the team did for me. The free brake inspection is a must, from there they explain to you the issue and how your brakes have arrived to that point. If you’re having issues go check them out!!! Top notch
