  On 1/10/2026 I had a terrible experience with this particular store as a commercial customer because they will not accept my refund after giving me the wrong part i need twice that same day and decided to send me to a different store instead of doing it therself. The backup manager that was on duty that day was very unprofessional. He was cadillacing around with this his coworkers using profanity while trying to help me out. I spoke to the original store manager the next day about this and he doesn't want to do anything about it and didn't give any courtesy to care about what i gotta say whatsoever. So they had me driving home with a messed up car because i can't get the part i need and they get to drive home safley which sounds unfair to me. Not only u just lost a respectful and loyal customer, u just lost business from my company so we will never order any parts from this particular store again!

  Every time I go here or to any AutoZone location, it has always been a bad experience. Whether it’s wait times to get checked out, low to no inventory in the store, or ignorant employees that give bad advice, or barely know how to do their job in general. This has been my experience for years… don’t waste your time or hard earned money here unless you absolutely have to.

  I want take a moment to recognize some phenomenal customer service that I received from Harold at the store recently. My wife’s battery was dead on her Palisade. I was in a tight time crunch one morning and went to the store to get her a new battery. Not only was I able to get helped very quickly, but they changed the battery out and I was out of there in no more than 15 minutes total. Thank you very much!

  This is the best place to go for parts and advice. Mr Pete is a very hardworking man . He knows all the regulars names and what their working on. Mr. Robert is also one of the best . He is very knowledgeable of everything I'm the store. I consider these guys family......l Miss working with y'all.

  I cannot say enough positive things about this location. I regularly drive from Caddo Mills to purchase parts for my small business because of the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful, with Pete consistently standing out for his professionalism and dedication. The team is top-notch, and the store is always clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. I would gladly give more than five stars if possible. Thanks guys! -CSD
