  Theirs is a manger at this location specifically I want to give a glowing review to. Kathleen Potivin at Store # 3152 was amazing. I had an issue with part I was returning and she went above and beyond to make sure the return went as smooth as possible. She was very kind and courteous while still remaining professional.   Roger and Lauren went above and beyond to assist me in finding the appropriate tool set for my brake and alternator job. They were super courteous and delivered amazing customer service. This purchase was the best experience I’ve ever had going to an auto parts store. Highly recommend shopping at this location.

  Stopped by the Farmers Branch Auto Zone and bought a new rear light kit for my car, Matthew assisted me. He had to order the part and called me when the part arrived at his store. Matthew provided professional and courteous service and went above and beyond his job and replaced the old light kit with the new one. If you want good customer service with a smile go see Matthew. He is the best!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at the AutoZone on Valley View in Dallas! Lauren went above and beyond to help me out. She was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. Not only did she help me pick out the right battery, but she also installed it for me quickly and efficiently. On top of that, she helped fix my headlight as well. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Lauren made what could’ve been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Huge thanks to her and the team at this location — I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs!
