I wasted 20 minutes trying to get this charger to work.
It would only connect for a few seconds and then I'd have to disconnect the charger and plug it in cause it kept saying in use to me on the app when I was the one using it.
Not what you expect from a station which is already charging a premium plus connection fees every time you connect.
Very poor experience
Worst charging station ever. Long wait, misleading costs, useless customer service, broken stations.
Terrible Pricing:
They promote very low prices but then charge 3 times that amount. Only way to save is to join a plan with another monthly fee, but even those rates aren't guaranteed or make sense.
Speed Claims:
Their 350kW claim is also misleading because it splits that speed between the cars on the terminal.
Wait Time:
There are 6 spots to charge but they're either always occupied or not working. The wait time to get a spot can exceed 30-40 minutes.
Customer Service:
Their call line cannot actually do anything. They can only submit tickets to their team to look at which is completely pointless for immediate assistance.
Some chargers don't work, a long wait. And very very deceptive pricing. They charge twice the rate that was shown when I got there and plugged in.

TIA is a brand new installation in 2025, so.... hopefully maintenance crews will keep tabs on each of the 6 chargers, if/as issues arise.

Free ChargePoint station, but there’s only one J1772 plug. Price is free. Make sure it’s not busy before visiting.
