- KBKrista BurdgeOct 2, 20251.0Typically I don't do this type of stuff but I came here to get a drink and exchange a dollar bill for another dollar bill the lady named Whitney was rude shook her head look at me with disgust it says no what do you mean why would I do that I asked her as I'm trying to deposit it into an ATM the bill I have is crinkled so I needed to exchange it and said absolutely not we don't do that here giving me absolute disrespect it's not the fact that she wouldn't do it that's fine it's her poor customer service skills if she don't like her job she needs to not be in customer service whoever the manager is here needs to train their employees to do better even had the customers in line looking at her like why are you being so rude
