- CTChris Tamez3 days ago4.0The tech was nice and checked but didn't have 0W20 my GM diesel engine. This was the 2nd Jiffy Lube I went to which is strange because they did last oil change on this fleet vehicle. Off to Valvoline to get oil changed
- JJJulietApr 23, 20261.0** update also seems they damaged my splash guard when doing oil change. It was broken and flapping and almost took my bumper off with it. Saw on reviews that has happened to others as well. I don't recommend this shop. Very expensive here just for an oil change. $125 for synthetic on standard vehicle. Plus they slip an extra $10 charge on top of that as "shop supplies" whatever that is because the $125 covers the labor, oil, and oil filter. When I asked them they claimed its a disposal fee. I don't see other places charging this and if that's what it is, it should state that and be clear. Says on website that they check and fill fluids but I did not see them get filled. They also did not clean my windshield like mentioned and did not clear my maintenance warning message. Also they tried to sell me a cabin air filter when I know mine was clean and was just changed 4 weeks ago. Shady to me. **UPDATE** started hearing a noise underneath the car after oil chg and it got worse today. Stopped by dealership and they said Engine splash guard got broken. Likely when oil chg was done. That broken piece almost ripped my bumper off. Now that has to be replaced on top of this. I highly suggest avoiding Jiffy Lube!
