    Sedric was excellent, very responsive and informed on the services provided, he help return my old battery under warranty and sold me on the better Platinum one without being over bearing simply because he was better informed and genuine on helping me. Will definitely return and tell friends and family in the area to give Sedric a visit for their auto needs!!

    The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of 2 employees at that location. Adam and Ashlyn helped me so much. Advance Auto Parts has this stupid policy basically saying if you buy the parts online. You can’t warranty them in store. They refund you the money and you have to buy them again. There logic is it will balance out. But you have to wait 2-3 days for the refund. Which is ridiculous. Adam and Ashlyn went out of there way to help me out. So lesson learned. My advice to everyone. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE WITH ADVANCE AUTO PARTS THINKING YOUR GONNA GET A WARRANTY!!! Even if they give you money off. Buy in store!!! Thank you so much Adam and Ashlyn ya’ll are the best!!!!

    I am very disappointed with this store’s customer service. A customer of mine purchased a power generator from this shop, and when there was an issue, they refused to accept a return or replacement even though the generator is still under warranty. I personally spoke with the manager, Dan, and explained the situation clearly. I also mentioned that Christmas is very close and the customer is not financially able to pay for repairs, especially when the product is still covered by warranty. Unfortunately, the request was refused without any reasonable solution. This is not how warranty and customer care should be handled. I hope management reconsiders how they treat customers in situations like this.

    I visited the Euless store 4 times today to buy a window lift motor online during Cyber Monday. The entire 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 staff did an EXCELLENT job helping me and had a positive attitude. The store looked clean, organized, and well kept. The entire staff gets five big stars from me. Thanks to them, I can restore the lens of my headlights with a special kit vs. buying new headlights saving me big $$$. They helped me with 4 other solutions too. BRAVO! 8v) However, the website only enabled me to purchase 1 type of power window lift motor when in reality there is a Driver's side front & rear and Passengers' side front & rear (4 types to fit & connect properly in a confined space). It was in stock. So, I dropped into pickup my power window lift motor (driver's front), which showed as "in stock" and no luck. Ditto the second trip, third trip, and I finally picked it up on the fourth trip in freezing temps with no driver's front window (ugh!). Just to be 100% clear, no no no this is not a customer order entry error! This is a terrible oversight and lapse in website development that ruins customer service. PLEASE FIX THIS WEBSITE SNAFU TO EMPOWER YOUR DELIVERY, FULFILLMENT, PURCHASING, AND RETAIL SALES TEAM TO PROVIDE US WITH ACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Every power window lift motor has 4 options/SKUs - Front left & right and rear left & right. My Jeep Patriot 4x4 is an popular vehicle, so there's no doubt this fix will prevent plenty others from making multiple wasted trips. Also, why do parts show in stock at your store when they are not in stock? Because there should be 4 different SKUs/part #s not one --> Chaos. Thus, it's ultra important that this issue be fixed at the website developer level. Again, your entire retail sales staff was stellar as usual. Website Developers not so much. LoL! I will be back soon after my frozen neck & shoulder finally thaw out. LoL! Thank you.
