  I really wish I could give them a zillion stars. They deserve it. I have been a long-time customer of Brake Plus and they never disappoint. Yesterday we took our car to have the brakes and a warning sign that popped up on the dashboard checked. All the staff were super amazing. They will go the extra mile to help their customers. Especially the manager, Gina Morales, she is an absolutely amazing manager. She offered us a free ride back home since we had to leave our car for a day. Thanks to all the Brake Plus team, and special thanks to the manager Gina. We are definitely coming back again and would highly recommend this place.

  Gina is amazing! Very professional got all my info checking out my car and providing me with all the information that I need! Not only do I take my personal car here I also take my business vehicles here as well. Would recommend 10/10 service!

  Gina Morales provided an outstanding service—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout. I truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I loved her service so much that I will definitely choose to go with her again! Highly recommended!

  I had left a positive review before but after my recent service, I felt it needed to be updated. The staff was friendly and the manager made sure I was good throughout the whole process which I appreciated However the quality of the work did not match the service I went in for a rear brake replacement and was advised to also get rotor resurfacing and a brake fluid flush. Immediately after, I noticed a clicking noise from the rear of my car that was never there before. I brought it back and was told it was a loose clip and had been fixed, but the noise continued. I went to Firestone to get a brake inspection for a second opinion. They showed me that the brake fluid flush had not actually been completed. In the attached photo, you can see the test strip comparison—clean brake fluid versus the fluid from my car. My brake fluid turned dark purple immediately, and they repeated the test multiple times in front of me with the same result. They also found that the rotor resurfacing was uneven, which I have videos of. Now I’m having to pay additional money to fix issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I would recommend getting a second opinion before approving major services here.

  So glad to have brought my car here! Not only is the entire staff friendly and personable, but they were able to work with me on pricing and prioritizing services to ensure I stay safe on the road. I will ABSOLUTELY be back. 10/10, would definitely recommend!
