  Was going to pay out of pocket for repairs.windshield,spot on door painted and area above windshield where paint was coming off.yes it had slight rust under touchup paint.was told that it needed a cab panel because it was rusted.thanks for nothing!. didn't even get to the insurance claim for hail damage

  Never bring your business to this facility. I’ve been trying to have cosmetic repairs done to my vehicle since January 27th 2026. I brought my vehicle to this location on January 27th they took pictures of my vehicle but NEVER submitted them to the company that was covering the repairs, at the time I did not know that it was not submitted, so I wait. I try calling the office a few times in February, no one answered. March 11th 2026 I finally get an answer and I find out a claim wasn’t submitted back in January with the photos and with an estimated. March 11 2026, 3:37pm they requested a picture of the inside of my door jam with the VIN number, I SENT IT WHILE WE WERE STILL ON THE PHONE. Called today March 24th, gentleman said he never received it. They wasted my time. They did not do their job on multiple occasions so as of now I have to come out of pocket for the repairs because the dead line to have the repairs done is closed.

  Had my car for 1 month and a half I did not care because the person that hit me insurance gave me a rental. Did not care about the time just wanted it back the way I had it before the crash. The bill for this was around 9 grand I was not paying so I could care less, got the car back today my wife drove it home. Got home from work just wanted to move the rear view mirror. It snapped off like it was like bolted correctly. At that point I decided to check around the car. The left rear light has a scratch on it or some type of scuff. Car panels by the driver seat are not fully seated in. I have no idea how this car is not squared away. But hopefully they can make this right. In my pictures in shows my car before mind you it's a lot better but it's not the way I had my car before the crash.

  The day after New Years I found a hole in my truck from when my family and I were shooting Fireworks. I brought my truck in and after they saw the hole. They guessed it might take two weeks since they have to replace the door. I even got the text saying so. 5 days later I get the message that my truck is ready for pickup. Feeling relieved I walked around my truck to see that hole is gone. But wait a minute. The scratch from someone hitting my truck with their door ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TRUCK was gone. I am more than satisfied with this company. I will recommend this place to anyone and come back for any future issue.
