  Friendly staff, that gets the job done right and quickly. Looked for a filter that fit and got one even when number recommended didn’t fit. Price is good once military discount is added. Thank you for offering that. It is one of the reasons I choice to go here. Thanks

  Both gentlemen were super friendly, taught me how to reset some lights on my truck and were super quick. Great experience. They also Always have online coupons that help!

  Customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, friendly, and attentive, and they made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my visit. The staff was professional and patient, and they really went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and pleasant. I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount, which is a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. It’s always nice to see a business that values and supports service members. Overall, I had a great experience and left feeling very satisfied. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to others looking for great service and a welcoming environment.

  This was my first time coming to this spot and Mike/His Team took very good care of me and my vehicle! I definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this location. The staff is friendly and fast! Thanks Mike!

  What the heck!! I rushed out of work to get to Valvoline since I know they close at 6pm and I get off at 5pm… I get to Valvoline at 533pm and yes there is one truck ahead of me but the employee named Raymond comes up to my car and tells me there’s no time to do an oil change because they close soon. I’m so MAD right now because I’ve never had this happened to me before in the past at this Pellicano Valvoline. All I legit needed was an oil change and he straight up tells me it’s gonna be about 45 min and they close at 6pm so there wouldn’t be no time for my car. Then he looks at my car which is a 2025 Nissan and says it’ll be about $99 for my car. WHAT!!! I’ve never seen employee Raymond before but he sure made me UPSET that I wasted my time coming here to this location just to him to reject my service when it was 533pm and they close at 6pm. They never have taken 45 min to do oil changes … why would he even say that to me or any other customer? I left with no service so I’ll try another location another day now.
