Honest on when things are needed also, I asked for a filter replacement (knowing I had just replaced it a week prior) amd they came back to tell me they dont recommend that service yet because it still looks good. Ive tried this same thing with other shops and they replace it anyway (I stop going to those shops). I get a monthly oil change so its good to have a shop you trust.
