  They had been really good for a long time, but for the past 4-5 months everything just keeps going south. They always close out one of the entrances, their lines are so so so long- to wash your car it takes 30 minutes. Now they seem like the wrong membership to have. Just a bit frustrating how inconvenient has become to wash your cash.

  Doesn't clean the front and rear of the truck properly. Soap smells good though.

  Multiple problems at this location that aren't present in others. It packs in cars almost bumper to bumper, almost causing contact to the point where they shut down the wash and cut off the dryer. Also, there are three ways to get into the entrance, causing a bottleneck in traffic during busy hours. The wash itself is fine, but traffic flow and spacing within the wash need to be managed better.

  Need license plate reader on both lanes so app customer can use shortest lane.

  I have paid for the Works for both vehicles multiple times. Too expensive for the quality of wash provided. At times the wheel polish at the end works and sometimes it doesn’t. When you ask them they say either its not working under repair etc. then the dry blowers do not work properly or don’t dry your car. Leaves it all wet still. If your front end has bugs, they tell you to go multiple times to remove them . Poor wash for what you pay monthly. Have given Tommy’s multiple Chances and finally cancelled both memberships.
