  I have been going to this duck duck no duck car wash and today there rail broke of the tire monitor sensor valve stem to the Mercedes and there unprofessional kid manager Luis was so unprofessional as if it was his car he would be mad but wouldn’t expect him to understand that of course but he needs so much training and knowledge to learn and how to speak to customers and handle problem that he cannot do ….we had to file a claim and now that I’m digging into this car wash company there a lawsuit about how duck duck is damaging vehicles and they are filed with the better business bureau…well it states anyone having this issue to file with the BBB all that little kid did was threaten me with a tow truck to remove the Mercedes and I off there lot rude boy just rude and he said i was of course I was upset omg and now ima go through the motion if there is no resolution from them ..so if you have damages i suggest you dig into this company and read the lawsuit … pictures are following fyi they need to get an adult up there for when things like this happen they can handle situations like this but if you folks dig deeper into this car wash outa California you will know why they do things this way and the Mercedes is all original and the valve stem wasn’t sticking out as they mention so we measured it in location and it was evenly flushed with the rim but yet all those untrained kids keep insisting my husband to take his brand new c-8 corvette that has 345 super wide tire through the wash and will cause major damage to the tires thank God we know better all duck 🦆 wants is money if they are going to want business they need to be responsible for all vehicles going through there wash do business the right way instead of trying to add loopholes that’s why in cali there in the mess there in co founder should no better by now to do better business if you allow a car to go through then be responsible for the damages period it’s the American way !

  I've had the membership for sooo long but fo the oone on zaragoza, this place has never clean towels this is the 3rd time i come to this one on eastlake and i have to go ask for clean towels and they never have any
