  All I wanted was a basic tier, one-time wash, just to try the place out. There was no line so I thought I'd give it a go; thought it would be quick and simple. I was very wrong. The worker would not stop trying to upsell me and get me to agree to signing up for a membership. Even accused me of not wanting to protect my car by not getting the top tier wash. I had to repeatedly say I only wanted the basic wash I don't know how many times, and was ignored as the upselling got more aggressive without letting me pay for the basic wash. I honestly wanted to just drive off, but the traffic arm was blocking me and I couldn't back up. Eventually she gave up and let me pay for a basic wash with no monthly membership. So, tried it once, and I'll never go there again. The wash was good to be fair, and if I didn't have to deal with near-harassment levels of sales tactics, I'd go again. That's not where the bad experience ended though: I was told to input my email so I'd get a digital receipt. Surprise surprise, I did get the receipt but now I am also getting unwanted marketing emails and survey requests. I'll try the new Tommy's Express when it opens.

  I like to say quick quick car wash gave me a five-star experience today not only was my car completely dried I also like that when you pulled up they have air fresheners and drying towels you can purchase I usually go to the other car wash service but after The high pricing and always long lines I decided today to try something new and I can assure I'm switching over to quick quack It was just a overall better experience a lot gentler on my vehicle
