  stopped by for my first time and enjoyed it a lot, quality is on point and staff are very professional and hospitable. Ceramic duck Kimberly helped me out and it was awesome

  Pros: Love the provided towels and vaccums. Projection makes experience pretty cool and car is usually cleaned well. Cons: Does leave micro scratches on paint. I can only really see them under direct sunlight, but for sure there. They've also installed an unnecessary amount of speed bumps. Makes getting in and out annoying. Edit: Though I appreciate the reply, I don't have any hard evidence to open a claim. All I can say is I hand washed this car for 4 months, and there was no micro scratching noticeable, then after starting to come here, they appeared. I plan to keep coming as that's the convenience we trade for. But, just because it's neoprene != scratchless. Especially with some dirty vehicles I've seen go through, surely some dirt or sand particles get stuck in the components. That said, I would recommend going here over other qq locations in El Paso, and definitely over most car wash brands in El Paso.

  La atención aqui es excelente,desde que entras siempre están atentos a los detalles sonrientes y bien dispuestos a prestar el mejor servicio sobre todo, Justin!! A mi esposo y a mi nos encanta desde que adquirimos la membresia aqui,nuestros carros quedan bien limpios, brillantes y de verdad que colocar paños para que tu limpies el interior es un plus!!!
