  I am an executive elite member with National, meaning I rent more than 25 times per year with them. After my experience with National at ELP today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Long story short, I left a very expensive pair of sunglasses and a small amount of cash in my rental car when I dropped it off at 6:30am this morning. I realized within 30 minutes of dropping the vehicle off that I left my new sunglasses behind. I immediately tried calling National and filed a claim for a lost item online. With 100% certainty, I know that I left my sunglasses in the center console in their case. National claims to have not been able to find my lost item but if they can't find it, it is because an employee took it. It was in the vehicle until the vehicle was turned over to National. I will do business elsewhere in the future and hopefully their employees will have morals and not steal.

  I love National!!!! They have expedited service for emerald or executive level. You just walk in and pick your reserved car from a list of cars under emerald or executive, and go. No need to check at the counter. Thank you!!!! 🥰

  I left a small gift in the car and immediately reported it on your website just over an hour from dropping it off. I tried calling but your system does not allow calling the location. I then received notification that nothing was found. ( Obviously stolen by an employee) I have been a many years long customer with national but. Unfortunately will no longer be one and will let everyone know what happened. I am a Google reviewer and have over 1.5 million views so the lack of oversite of employees will not go unmentioned.
