    As a loyal 23 year Customer, I will never go back to Mister Carwash. After obvious vehicle damage was caused from the machines in the car wash, I was shown an incredible LACK of Compassion, Integrity, and Accountability by the Regional Manager, LEO C and his team. I was led on and ignored for the majority of THREE months with countless emails, phone calls and appearances to their location and receiving ZERO replies. I was lied to and told my case was escalated Multiple times. When it was denied. As a small business owner, I couldn’t fathom treating one of our customers the way I was treated by Mister Carwash co. and their team. “… take legal action against us.“ - RM Leo C. Terrible experience.
