  my wash at mister today was great! i got the titanium membership ab 4 months ago, and it’s so worth it. one titanium wash is like 26 or something dollars. the membership is 39 a month. i get a wash 2, sometimes 3 times a week🤣 keshon made sure my experience was a good one. definitely recommend getting the membership if you’re in a dusty place and have a dark colored car. my car stay washed!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience at Mister Car Wash was extremely disappointing due to the terrible customer service from two young ladies working there. From the moment I tried to explain an issue with my membership, they were rude, unprofessional, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping resolve the situation. One of the employees completely ignored me after I tried to flag her down for assistance. Instead of acknowledging me, she helped someone else and acted as if I wasn’t even there. When it finally became my turn, she told me I couldn’t get my car washed without even properly listening to my situation. The entire interaction felt very disrespectful and unwelcoming. Customer service should never feel confrontational, but that’s exactly how this experience felt. The staff clearly need better training on how to speak to and assist customers in a professional and respectful way. If possible, bring back Nick — he always provided great service and handled customers with professionalism. If that’s not possible, then the new employees definitely need to be retrained. Right now the service is rude, unpleasant, and far from the welcoming experience customers should expect.
