Yesterday I took my 2016 Tacoma for a fuse replacement (a very simple task) and the team here wanted to charge me $980 for a fuse that cost less than $25.
I was able to bring it down to $791 but thats still an outrageous price. I understand they have cost and labor is not cheap, but at that point is robbery. No fuse should cost an airplane ticket to the other side of the world. This was my first time and definitely last time here.
I would give 0 stars if possible.

I had a very bad experience at Fox Toyota. Yesterday I paid $64 cash for a replacement key for my 2006 Toyota Camry and was told to come back the next day to pick it up. When I returned today, Art Galarza Jr. told me it would be another $180 just to program the key, which was never explained to me before. When I said that was not what I had been told, his attitude became rude and dismissive, and he said, “Do you want it or not?” I asked for my money back since I paid cash, but then I was told I would have to wait hours just to get a check instead of cash back. Then he said it must have been a “miscommunication.” This was poor customer service, poor communication, and a very frustrating experience. I expected honesty and respect, and I got neither.
Art Galarza Jr. Is one person that has no customer service experience.. Moody, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Today we went searching for a specific SUV and the salesperson seemed as if he didn't want to help at all, for starters, he wasn't sure if he had the SUV and then he said: "I think I have one" he proceeded to take us to see it but he just didn't have that sales energy that you typically expect from a sales person, he didn't engage nor explained anything to us (unless we asked). Honestly, with that type of experience I don't believe we will be going back to this car dealership.

I can't say Im pleased with purchase. I was told Id have 7 yr warranty as 1st promise (a selling point) only to find when I offered a purchase price, they came back and said they could not honor it (in fairness, it was a technicality and not their fault, but what was their fault was the salesman up-front, saying they could give it. Upon purchasing, I was told by salesman that he would get spare key in a day or 2 and call me when it arrived (I didnt know there was a spare key...he set the expectation). 2 days later I texted him, (he said he was still waiting) . At day 4, same situation. From there, nothing. Day 12 I texted him, Day 13 I texted him, Day 14 (morning) I texted him...No responses, so I drove to the dealership...there, I spoke with Sales manager, he called the guy up, and I got my spare key...I likewise gave him a talking to, in front of manager, that simply avoiding me (who just paid 45k cash for truck) was unacceptable and bad business. He apologized, I told him I wouldn't leave a bad review for his humble attitude. Now im back in MN and I find out, from dealership here, I have one more calendar year to get free tire rotations, oil changes, and some "stuff" you get in 1st 2yrs of ownership/30,000 miles. While I naturally knew I had some limited warranties, nothing was ever explained to me that I had free services like that. So, here I am reviewing. While Im very happy with the truck itself, I have to say, for a 45k purchase, I had a pretty pathetic experience with the salesman and with Fox Toyota in general. I wouldn't buy there again. Finance guy was great though. In fairness, I paid cash so I wasn't haggling with him, but he seemed very personable and a genuinely good human being...Id definitely work with that guy again.

Oscar Garcia did such an incredible job helping me purchase my first car! Believe it or not, I had my previous car for over 10 years and it was one that my parents had gifted me. It was time for a new car and Oscar was the best person to do that with. He went through every option possible because I had a thousand questions for him. I went with him twice. The first time, I didn't feel ready to purchase yet because honestly I was scared to make my first big purchase. The second time, was when I purchased it and both times, Oscar had all the patience in the world with me and he still went through and showed me all of my options to make sure I chose what was right for me. I cannot recommend him enough. I literally sent my sister over to him maybe 3 days after I purchased my car and she purchased a car from him as well! Nothing but amazing things to say. Thank you again Oscar!!
